Our Story

During lockdown we had the idea of producing a visitor map for our village, Woodhall Spa. We knew there would be more visitors for 2021 and decided to talk to some local business owners about our idea. Needless to say they were enthusiastic  and that motivated us to produce a mock up.
We went along to the visitor centre in Lincoln to ask if they would stock our map and from that meeting came the idea of a Lincoln map.
On the drive home from Lincoln we discussed what should we do after lockdown and should we go back to working all over the country, driving hours and hours on the motorway every week OR could we develop a business of our own where we could be home based and work around our lovely county of Lincolnshire.
YES, we said and suddenly we were designing maps for 7 towns.
Then the October lockdown happened and everything ground to a halt.
However, this wasn't to stop us. 
We produced mock ups of the 7 town maps and as soon as April came around we set about knocking on doors in Skegness, Mablethorpe, Horncastle, Cleethorpes etc to find anyone who was in their business to go onto our maps.
We filled all of the maps and from May we have personally been delivering the maps to all advertisers every few weeks as well as any accommodation we could find from Cleethorpes to Skegness to Lincoln.
2021 has seen us go through 70'000 maps and have them on display in petrol stations, caravan parks, visitor centres, attractions, shops and eateries all over the region. For 2022 we will be increasing this by 50% and adding maps for 5 new towns in Lincolnshire.

As if this wasnt enough we have now launched the Woodhall Spa Home & Garden Magazine which is delivered free to all homes in Woodhall Spa and its surrounding villages on a bi-monthly basis.
 November 2021 - we are increasing our locations for the Home & Garden Magazine by delivering the Cliff Villages Home & Garden magazine.

Spring 2022 - We have launched the new Sleaford visitor map.
September 2022  - We have now started to deliver our Wolds Home & Garden magazine to homes in the Wolds from Market Rasen to Louth.
 
We are now working on our latest publication which has a new format and name and will be released early 2023 coming to a town near you

April 2023 - Our new Days out in Lincolnshire Voucher Book is now available in Hotels, Caravan sites, Attractions etc across the county.
20'000 have been delivered for free with another 20'000 going out in July

May 2023 - We now have Joe  join the team on the sales admin. Now there are 4 of us 

June 2023 - Our Cliff Village magazine has increased its distribution by over 2500 homes with the villages of Fulbeck, Caythorpe, Ancaster, Normaton, Culverthorpe etc in NG32 adding to the LN5 villages.

June 2023 - We have now delivered our 1st issue of the Lincs Coast Home & Garden magazine to over 14000 homes in the Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Alford areas.
We now deliver our Lincolnshire Home & Garden magazine to over 37500 homes in Lincolnshire every issue for free by Royal Mail
Our next target..............................100'000 homes !

July 2023 - Think its about time we stopped working at the dinner table and get ourselves an office.
